I can't believe I went years knowing about SNUtils but not taking the time to really explore it. Little did I know its one of the most insanely awesome tools out there. Not only that, but as a browser plugin, you don't even need to deploy it at customer sites.
So I got to talk to its creator, Arnoud Kooi, who I'm so honored to induct into the Titans of ServiceNow pantheon.
