414 Request-URI Too Large - Error (On load client script)

Hi all,

We are sending parameters and their values through Jira using link. That link is redirecting to servicenow catalog page. So on the loading of the catalog page we are populating some values. But currently I am seeing an error (414 Request-URI Too Large) as in that link I can see more than 30 countries are being sent. Is there any way to handle this without making URL short

what's included in that?

what's your actual business requirement?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , Yes the URL is very long when we are sending more than 5 or 10 countries. 

The URL contains 15 variables with their values & country is one of them.

This long URL is throwing error when hit. But if  we send 5/10 countries then it is populating catalog variables value properly.
