A created ServiceNow request form for the user in a Business group

Question: I have a request form that was created for a Business group in ServiceNow, and in the request form the user cannot see the choices from the dropdown menu, as they did prior, but can enter the choices in the field. No changes have been done to the user's profile and they are the only team member experiencing this, what would create this issue?

Is that dropdown menu obtaining values from a table? Then, I would suggest you to check read ACL on that table.
