A file uploaded in Attachments isn't displaying its preview for the snc_external roles

Both internal and external users are able to access the file,

however, uploaded file's preview is displaying as broken for the snc_external roles.

I've tried all the ACL solutions that are out there, but still no luck.

Please help!

@Sandeep Rajput First of all, both external and internal users are able to access the file. Issue is not about them accessing the file. Issue is that the uploaded file's image/preview only works for the internal users, but I want this feature working for the external users as well.
