Hello!
I would like to view any delegates assigned as approval delegates on the Approvers tab for Change, etc.. Maybe a related list, context menu etc??.
ITIL users should have the ability to see who is an approval delegate when the primary approver is unavailable. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this? Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi,
Yes, this can be done by creating Relationships between Approval Table and Delegates Table. Navigate to the "Relationships" Module under "System Definition" Application Menu as shown below:
Then Click on "New" button and create a Relationship as shown below:
Add the Relationship to the Approval table by navigating to the Approval Table(sysapproval_approver) and then right click on the header via Configure > Related Lists.
Now go to the table where your Approvals Related List is - the Change Request table or any other table as required.
On the Approvals Related List, Right Click on the header and then go to Configure > List Control and check Hierarchical lists.
Click on Hierarchical Lists checkbox as shown below:
Post Saving the Hierarchical checkbox, you can see an arrow beside each approval, Expand those arrows and this will display you the list of Delegates as shown below:
