Ability to report HR cases created from Inbound email actions as phishing

Hi Team,

 

Our client wants to have the ability to report cases created from Inbound emails as phish by checking the email ID of the from sender. Firstly, we need to flag cases created from non - acceptable domains as potential phish, and then user should have the ability to report the mail as phish. Can you please help me achieve this.

Email filters plugin is not installed in our client instance. Also if you go through my above ask, its quite a customized ask, hence looking for solutions in accordance with that
