Hi, It's Kentaro.
I have a question about Washington DC.
We mainly use Incident and ESC.
Are there any features that will be added or significantly changed by changing to Washington DC?
I'm using Utah Patch 10.
I'm worried that the existing functionality will also break in Washington DC.
Thanks,
Kentaro.

I doubt any major changes done in ESC and Incident. There is major addition "Save as Draft" has been done.
Please check the release notes about this and proceed in Dev first.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
