Access to this content denied based on report_view ACLs - Dashboard Widget - Knowledge Articles
Hi Helpful Community,
I would greatly appreciate any help/guidance as to why this is occurring and how can we resolve this please?
Our users (with the exception of Admin Users) are able to view all Dashboard widgets on an ITSM Dashboard we have set up on the Customers Instance, with the exception of 3 widgets, which feed data from the Knowledgebase/Knowledge Article stats. (please see screenshot attached showing error messages).
We are getting the error message 'Access to this content denied based on report_view ACLs' just for the stats that refer to Knowledge base / Knowledge Article stats. All other stats are fine.
How can we resolve/remove the ACLs that are causing this or is there a simpler solution, to ensure non-Admin users can view these Knowledge stats?
Many thanks for any help/guidance.

Please check the ACLs on "kb_knowledge" OR the table where reports have been created.
Their exist a "report view" ACL on it, you need to check what is the role present in the ACL , you can do two things:
1) Add the role according to your end user's role(who is not able to see reports)
2) OR Provide the same role to the user which is mentioned in the ACL.

HI @WazzaJC ,
Have you verified the ACLs in your system for the knowledge base? You need to locate the ACL which are causing this issue and either add respective roles to the ACL, remove the ACL or add respective role to users.
