What is a best practice for agents looking to access knowledge management within the CSM/FSM Workspace? I see in the list menu that they can access articles specifically, but I was hoping there was a best practice for them to access knowledge as a whole from the CSM workspace. I appreciate any opinions/suggestions. 🙂
