Actionable Feedback Properties (Knowledge Management)

I have a problem with the actionable feedback properties, when are eneable and i want to give a bad feedack flagging the article, rating <=2 stars, or mark the article as not helpful, there is an error which it says "The page you are looking for could not be found" and this too "kb-feedback-task-modal". How can i resolve this?

Thats not the solution for my problem, i create a clone widget of he "Knowledge Article Content" but it doesnt have any dependency in the tab "Dependencies" so the clone widget should its okey, the problem is with the actionable feedback in the email properties where i eneabled create feedback if the article is flagged, mark as unuseful or if the rating is <=2 stars, with other feedback like 3 stars or marking the article as useful there is no problem.

Make sure to create angular templates for the cloned widget and call them in the widget

OOTB Knowledge article content widget has 3 templates
