Activities (filtered) (Formatter) is not shown

Hi,
the activities (filtered) (Formatter) filed is not shown on change_request.
We created a new view on this table and we added the field to the view but the field is still not shown.
We would like to get some help.

Check on policies/scripts that can be hiding the field (if a policy states 'show on view x', it won't show on your view, because it returns 'false').
