Activities or History has not captured the name,but in list view "updated" and "Updated by" captured

Hello Everyone,

In the Agile Development 2.0, list of stories are updated by "X" person using the list view. I can see that "Updated" and "Updated By" is reflecting by 'X' name only in the list view. However, when i checked in Activities or in the History i don't see the updated person name reflecting.

I want to understand How the "X' name is reflecting only in the list view of "updated by" column but not in the activities or History?? can someone explain me please.

Is it activities section on the form view of story record? If yes please include the fields which needs to tracked  in the Filter to be captured in activites.
