Activity Compose Missing from SOW and CSM Workspace

Hi Team,

I'm trying to set up Workspace for our ITSM Fulfillers and I'm having an issue where the Activity Compose section is missing and I cannot find where it's gone.

I have checked the workspace view and it has the "Notes" Section with the comments, notes, and activities(filtered).

I have checked and there are no UI policies hiding these fields or similar.

Any other thoughts?

I've finally discovered the issue.

As per this support article  the work_notes and comments fields should be 'Journal Input' type fields. Someone from our MSP updated them years ago to be 'Journal' type fields for some reason...
