Activity log in the Incident form

Hello all,

Does anyboy know of a way to remove the name of the people who make updates on a ticket from the Activity log in the Incident form? I want it to still show the changes done to the ticket but without the name of the person who did them.

As far as I know, there is no way to make the activity formatter anonymous. The only way would be to completely remove it from the form.
