Activity section on service portal

HI Experrts,

 

I am in a situation where am unable to hide activity section on service portal when ticket is closed. This ticket is for custom table. I created write ACL on comments with condition that state is not closed or cancelled but still did not work. Below is the snapshot:

just share your ACL screenshot.

you should have field level WRITE ACL on comments field and ensure it's not editable when state is closed and cancelled
