Activity set didn't trigger for HR case

Hi all,

For one of the HR case, activity set has not triggered and Activity set context showing state as error, even though conditions to trigger this activity set are met. (Activity set dependency)

In the workflow context, its showing error like below

Can someone please help me on how can I debug why activity set didn't trigger?

Hello @BijoyDeb 

click on the show workflow and see in which activity it is failing.

may be it's expecting an output from earlier activity, and didn't get proper output.
