Activity stream showing "No activity" for one record only

Hi everyone,

I've come across an incident record where the Activity section just displays "No activity" and doesn’t show any updates. The strange thing is that this only seems to be happening with this one ticket. Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows how to resolve it? TIA

I think this is a known issue—I've seen a few other community members report similar problems in the last few days. It’s better to log a ServiceNow support case for this."
