Actual Cost field on the Project is not populating once all the time cards approved?

Hi All,

The "Actual Cost" field on the Project was not populating once all the time cards were approved and Expense lines generated.

Can anyone know the trigger condition to populate the "Actual cost" on the Project form?

once all the timecards are approved scrum tasks are closed and associated stories are closed
