Add a Button to the HR Agent Workspace Dashboard?

Hi,

Is it possible to add a button inside the dashboards? In the best-case scenario, the button would be displayed on the 'List of items' tab (I’ll have 6 other tabs as well) or maybe somewhere on the 'Cases' dashboard.

The button should generate a list of records that meet the business requirements in a specific PDF template. I also need to use an HTML template to build this document.

Right now, I’m only asking whether it is possible to add a 'Generate document' button somewhere there that does this job. The agent clicks the 'Generate document' button, and one document is generated and downloaded.

I’ve seen options like print-friendly view or export, but the information needs to be placed into a template document. I assume this requires UI Builder customization, but I’m not an expert in using this tool.

Any ideas on how to achieve it?

Is it possible to add that button here instead of placing it on a dedicated tab? If so, this would require UI Builder customization, but I’m not sure whether it would be a straightforward implementation.
I’m just checking whether there are any other options or workarounds.

No, since this is a dashboard, adding a button here isn’t possible because it involves changes to the core product.
