Add a clickable url inside a multi line text variable

Is it possible I can add a url inside a multi line text variable 

Something like This

Required Document, Please click link to download and attach document: https:www.servicenow.com

I will like to add it to the highlighted field

Hi @_Alex 

It is not possible to display hyperlinks with a multi-line text field. You could try for the following alternatives :

1. Changing the field type to HTML

2. Adding the URL as a hyperlink in the Help Message to your multi line text field

3. Changing the field type to Rich Text Label
