Add a Comment in a Workflow

Hello, I use Flow Designers for creating flows and am not that familiar with Workflow Editor.  However, my company has some old catalog items that use 'Workflows'.  Per the screen shot below, I created a step that If Manager Exists is "No" Reject the request and cancel it.  I want to add a comment "Request Cancelled. Requested For user does not have a Manager for Approval Step." However, I do not know where/how to add it.  Thank you for your help.
