I want to add a Tab "Additional Details" in "My Request" of ESC portal which will contain the variable details from the table. Can someone help me how to do it?

1. Open up the table in the standard ticket config
instanceName.service-now.com/ticket_configuration_list.do?sysparm_query=active%3Dtrue&sysparm_view=
2. In the tab configuration, add a record with the type Variable Summarizer or Variable Editor (read only)
