Add additional approval group to normal change request

Hello,

I would like to learn how to modify the exiting Normal Change Request workflow by adding additional approval group.

Could someone please provide guidance on how to do it?  (See attached).

I must went to the wrong place, because I'm not seeing the checkout or published option (see attached)

Hi @Radhika11,

As you can see the warnings - The workflow is in Global scope and you are in different scope. Hence, Publish option is not visible.

Note - Make sure you are in Global/same scope only to edit and publish the workflow.

I'm seeing the checkout and published options now after switched to Global scope.  Just wanted to confirm the steps:

1. Check Out the workflow 

2. Make the changes to it

3. Publish the workflow

It that right?
