Add attachment to catalog task

Hello,

i have a catalog item that generates 1 RITM with multiple SCTASK.

For some of the SCTASK i need to generate them with a standard attachment already uploaded in the system.

I'm using flow designer to implement the workflow.

How can i implement this?

Hi,

You may want to use the "Copy Attachment" action in Flow Designer to achieve this.

You can pick the source attachment record and set the target record as the SCTASK data pill from your flow.

Hi,

the out-of-the-box "Copy Attachment" action works fine, but I suggest you to use this version (LINK).

You can watch this video that explains very well how it works.

I am using it in multiple flows and it works flowless.
