Hi All,
We're looking to customize our standard ticket configuration for when new incidents are submitted via our Employee Center. We'd be looking to either add text or a banner to inform employees that their incident has been successfully submitted. I've attached a screenshot from our standard ticket page. We'd ideally like to try to add a banner or text in between 'My Request' and 'Number'.
Has anyone customized anything similar? Any insight or tips would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Hi @JW22,
I am not sure whether this is all necessary because a user is redirected to the ticket page after the submission and that should give them a clear message that the request has been submitted.
If you must, within the Incident's record producer, you can add a message in the Script field:
e.g.
One caveat is that you won't be able to add the text in between 'My Request' and 'Number'.
Cheers
