Add Custom Report in CI Dashboard

I want to add custom report.

condition : name IS (dynamic) current ci

not personalized dashboard, i need to change default CI Dashboard View in CI Record.

How can i do?

Thank you for answer, But my question was "Dashboard View in CI Form". I attached screen shot for avoid confuse.

No mate , it is not possible to add custom report here. I try to see in class manager as well but no option available.
