Add image on Survey Definition

Hi All,

I want to add an image on the survey header.I have added it through the image icon present on the Introduction field but when am checking on portal the image is not displaying.

But for other survey image is visible.

When you add the image using the image icon, does the image appear in introduction section?

If not, I would recommend taking a look at the html source code.   You can add an image to the code using the <img> tag.

Hi Scott,

Thanks for response.After adding image using image button it is visible in introduction and on survey preview also it is visible.But on   portal it is not visible.

And I tried editing html source code but but am not able to save the changes.Ok and cancel button is not visible.

I got it ,it was issue with my screen resolution
