We are trying to implement Walk-up Experience and we have everything up, but we need to be able to add Hardware, Consumables, SW Entitlement and Other Assets. Currently, the New button displays for me because I have the admin role. The sn_walkup_admin needs that ability too, but he cannot see the New button. I checked the list control and there are no roles listed and the Omit New is not checked. I looked at the table for ACLs and he has create/read/write on the tables. Where else would it be?
