Add Outages to Virtual Agent Chatbot - OOB Functionality

Hi all,

 

A member of our group saw a video that suggested there is OOB functionality that would add any known outages to the Virtual Agent chatbot as soon as it is launched.  

For example, "We have a known outage with xyz.  Is this what you are reaching out today?"  Then if they answer yes, they would be asked if they want a ticket opened regarding the issue.

 

Does anyone know anything about this or about any helpful information regarding how to implement this functionality?

Did you check the OOTB topic - Dynamic Greeting Topic.

It has the functionality of outages. Duplicate the topic and customize it as per your use case.
