Remove shopping cart icon from record producer preview in Virtual agent chatbot

Hi,

I was wondering how I can remove the shopping cart icon from the catalog item preview in VA chatbot.

I have contacted SN and they have provided me with a solution, in the end it was just a property:

Set property "sn_nowassist_va.display_default_catalog_image" to false.

This is coming from the record producer, and please check the image added in the record producer.

I have checked it but can't seem to find the image. Am I looking in the wrong place? The shopping cart icon seems to be something OOB?

Thanks for that link. So there is no way to keep the adjustments within the record producers? Ideally would not like to clone the theme as it'll no longer get updated with upgrades.
