Add Survey Questions dynamically based on a condition ?

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to build multiple surveys based on some condition on Incident table.

e.g :- I have to implement 5 surveys which have 8 questions. Now based on one field "Contact Type" on incident out of 8 questions, i only need to change 1 question. The 7 questions in all the surveys are same.

So is it feasible to create a single survey using Survey Management and Hide and make new question visible based on the condition ?

Or do i need to create 8 copies of the survey with 8 trigger conditions?

Just wanted to check whether solution 1 with single survey is possible or not?
