Add User to Group through Microsoft Entra Action is not working as expected

User is not member of that Azure AD group and after integration failed, user is added maually

Error: User is already added to the Group

What might be the issue and how to figure it out?

Are you using Microsoft Entra Action "Add user to group" or Microsoft Active Directory action. From the image it looks like you are using Entra action.

Did you verify the connection? Is the connection successful?

Yes, I'm using Microsoft Entra Action "Add user to group".

Similar kind of flow is working as expected 

Can you please let me know how can I test the connection?

As similar kind of flow is working as expected, I thought no issues with connection

@Admin7267  If the Entra connection is working for other flow connection might not be the problem.  Can you give more details image of complete flow? More error logs
