Add Vertical Scroll Bar to a Related List in Platform UI

This is a related list in incident table, my question is is it possible to add Vertical Scroll Bar to related List , So that the header which is showing Field names will be static, even if number of records increases, Field names at the top will remain static in that position, Just LIke in our Classic List View, Is this even possible , if so how can it be done

In UI 16 i think it is possible but not in Next experience.
