Hi Team,
1) I've added the topic to HR taxonomy and still can't see in Employee Centre.
2) And where to include the Catalog Items for child topic, if want to visible in Taxonomy in EC.

have you configured it in Advanced Portal Navigation scope, check this document for reference.

Could you please verify whether Advanced Portal Navigation record is enabled or not?
Most of the time, we forgot to check this.

Sometimes, it could be a cache issue. As @Nehal Dhuri mentioned, please check in advance  portal navigation is enabled, or try repairing it once.
