It was brought up in a meeting that if someone where to add an Incident to another as it's Parent, then add that Incident to another as a parent. Why isn't the first shown as a child of the third?
E.G.
INC001 is child to INC002
INC002 is child to INC003.
When you review INC003 you only get INC002 as child.
I'm not even sure how to code this or even fathom the different levels this could go.
So, are there any thoughts on how to control people miss assigning parent tickets?
Or how to include should this happen.

Hi Eric,
I think hierarchical related list could be a good option for you. Using that on the same related list you can expand and drill down.
SO you will be able to see INC003 -> INC002 -> INC001
Check this out and give it a try

Thanks. Didn't know about that.
Now - and this maybe a different post - How do we get this to show on the Major Incident Workbench?

Interesting, No Idea.
Ill check and reply if I find something.
If this works for you then maybe it will be good to add this as a new question to get more visibility.
