Hi everyone,
I’m trying to add a custom “Pronouns” field in the Live Profile table that functions similarly to the Short Description field. However, after creating the field, I’m unable to get the field value to display in the Service Portal.
I've set up the field in the same way as the Short Description field, but it doesn’t seem to appear on the portal as expected. Is there something I might be missing, or do I need to make any additional configuration changes to have it display properly?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
