Adding App menu item to dashboard

I would swear that I added Application Menu content to a homepage/dashboard without creating a gauge.   Now I cannot figure out how to do this, and I don't see anything online for it.   I have to be missing something simple.   Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks Michael,

The challenge is that I cannot add individual menus. This adds a list of menus.    

I did end up finding it, it is a simple Gauge, create a new one for the table and list.
