Adding approvals widget/ component in Agent Workspace

Hi,

I've been working on adding visualization and functionality for approval of requested items in the Agent Workspace. I couldn't find any component in the UI Builder that would help me with the task (the list component is ok, but does not look good and is not the best option from UX perspective). Then I thought the "My Approvals" widget in the Service Portal would be perfect for the case (image attached) and when through the whole process described in the article below:

After that, I have tried using the "Dashboard Viewport" component in the workspace to visualize the widget. Unfortunately, after our instance got upgraded to Vancouver, this component was deprecated and my idea wasn't working anymore. Also, this kind of combination is hard to maintain and will not be future-proof in upcoming releases. My question is - has someone come across such problem and is there a way to visualize approvals in a workspace in the way the are in the portal or as close as possible?
