Where you able to figure out how to add chevrons to the application level? Our customer wants the same thing.

You can add collapsable menu options using separators for the module type, but indicators on the menus went away a looong time ago in UI11 (I believe.)
I recommend avoiding trying to modify the behavior of the application menu on the left as I have seen performance (and upgrade) issues with those who have tried. The ROI was definitely NOT worth the "nice to have" cost of implementation.

Need them at application level, so adding separators as the module link type won't give the desired effect, but thanks for the quick reply

Hi Therese,
Just curious, what is the underlying requirement for asking for chevrons on the application menu?

The cutsomer is currently using only one color in the application menu, making it difficult to distinguish between applications and modules.
But think I will recommend adding a different color to the aplication level, as this is a OOTB feature in SN.
