I'm trying to modify the Incident form on our mobile interface, but I'm running into some issues.
I've already tried to add the fields onto the form and selecting the mobile view, personalizing form layout, etc. (Re: Adding a field to the smartphone app.) The only issue is that it's not working.
The field I'm trying to add is one that we created ourselves and added to the form. Is this why it's not appearing? Mobile seems to be finicky like that.

The mobile application.
I eventually went into the UI policies and told it to allow those fields were looking for to be shown on the mobile view and now it works.

Are you sure you are editing the view called "Mobile"?

Yes, I am editing the mobile view on the Incident form. I have tried on multiple phones - Apple and Android - to no avail.

Are you talking about the mobile form view? Or the mobile app?
