I'm trying to modify the Incident form on our mobile interface, but I'm running into some issues.
I've already tried to add the fields onto the form and selecting the mobile view, personalizing form layout, etc. (Re: Adding a field to the smartphone app.) The only issue is that it's not working.
The field I'm trying to add is one that we created ourselves and added to the form. Is this why it's not appearing? Mobile seems to be finicky like that.

The mobile application.
I eventually went into the UI policies and told it to allow those fields were looking for to be shown on the mobile view and now it works.

@cre1014 Hello. I have the same problem to. You make new ui policies to allow field looking from mobile? how can i do it too?
