Adding Filters to OOB Approvals Widget in Service Portal

Hi All,

How can we introduce filters based on personal, group, or delegated approvals in the existing OOB Approvals widget in the Service Portal? Additionally, how complex would it be to implement this?

As I am new to the Service Portal, any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.

you will have to understand the existing widget code, clone it and then add the filter logic to it.

Somewhat complex if you are new to portal.
