Hello @Community Alums 

Open Access Analyzer module in instance then try to put down user name record table and you will get to kow if any acl is blocking data from read for that user and then you can decide what need to be done.

Looks like the issue is with ACL, and the roles are not given to the user to see. As suggested by @Viraj Hudlikar  , Access Analyzer is good here to quickly check what role is missing.

The issue is field is being displayed but not field values even though the information is being present.

Also this approval is going for IDEA which from innovative management/ideal portal the record has been created and is going for approval so how do we make changes on portals widget for such type of error.
Can anyone help with the same haven't really worked on portal.
Please more information on portal widget field values visibility

Yes, these issues with ACL only, You can use the access analyzer and compare 2 suer access and see what is missing.
