Hello,
I am trying to add a interceptor to a custom app but it doenst seem to be working? I also tried to add an interceptor to incident.do .. What am I missing

Hi Warren,
I think that for any other table like problem, change, etc. the 'Create New' button has the link type as new record but for incident specifically the link type is the URL(Argument), so the incident 'Create New' button is not redirecting to the interceptor page.

Ah you're right that did work.
However when I use the "Create New" button the interceptor does not work?
