Adding My Tasks to La Jolla/SP Header Menu

Good evening,
I am currently trying to figure out how to add/implement the "my tasks" widget into my service portal header menu. Currently I'm already using the SP header menu with the La Jolla theme- I know that the "My Tasks" exists under "the employee center" header within the employee theme, however I cannot figure out how integrate with that SP header menu. I tried to modify the La Jolla theme and switch the header to the employee center header however, it's creating two different bars and looks a bit wonky. My main goal is just to try to make it cohesive and just add the My Tasks to the Stock Header (copy) OR someone add it to the Header Menu (copy).
If you have any ideas, it would be appreciated!

In the header menu I don’t know how can do, but in the portal it’s easy
