A user is trying to add "My Approvals" to the personal HomePage. If you go to the HomePage and click "Add Content", and the select "Content Blocks", it list the "My Approvals" option. However, if they select it and place it on the HomePage, it shows ALL States, instead of just the "Requested" state like the "My Approvals" list shows.
How can we change this so that it behaves the same and uses the same filters as the "My Approvals" list?
Thanks

You can create a report and use that report in your homepage.
I am seeing one Gadgets "My pending approvals" but not sure about access to end user.

Does that mean that there is no easy way for users to add it to their own personal HomePage (since most users do not have the ability to create Reports)?
So, I am guessing that it would probably need to be something that an Admin would need to do for them.
I just noticed that our standard, default ITIL HomePage already has this on there for them. It looks like this user was user a personal customized HomePage.

No need to create report or Gauge for each user. Admin can create one and add that in Default homepage.(ITIL homepage or ESS homepage ).
It will also available to add in anther customize homepage using add content.

Yeah, it looks like it is already there, and they are just using a customized version of the HomePage.
My guess is that they removed it when they first customized it (because they did not need it at that time). I will just instruct them to remove their current Customized HomePage and build a new one, based on default.
Thanks
