I need to implement a modal that will appear upon clicking a UI action in a form within the Agent Workspace. The modal should contain two options (radio buttons), and if the user selects one option, additional choices should appear—specifically, two dates fetched from a table.
Below is the expected design for this implementation.
Is this possible? If so, can I achieve it using a UI Action and a Client Callable Script Include? Or, what would be the best approach? Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
