Adding requested item list in workspace

Hello,

Its my first time working with Workspaces. I'm working on Service operations workspace and my requirement is 
I need to add something like the below diagram. And if the dropdown toggle is changed to My grp work I should see requests and tasks assigned to my grp

Are you really asking the same question 4 times?

My suggestion is to get on NowLearning and do some UI builder training or go to the UI builder community (https://www.servicenow.com/community/next-experience-articles/next-experience-center-of-excellence/t...)

Especially when it's your first time with workspaces: get trained so you understand what you are doing. It's complete new technology and not just 'if you do this, then it will work'
