We would like to be able to add screen shots (pasted from clipboard) to Service Now in the Comments and Work notes sections of an incident (task table). Is there a best practice for this?
I changed the field type to HTLM and it seems to work. The only challenge I am having so far is the image stays in the field after I save/update. Is there a way to clear out the field after the form is saved so new comments can be added?
Anyone else using this method to attach screen shots? Anything I should watch out for?
Thanks so much!!

From your screenshots, it appears you have using the SN Utils browser extension. It's this extension that is allowing you to paste images into the work notes or comments fields.

Hi
You can always add another section or annotation in your form by customizing your Form Design. This is a drag and Drop column option which is easy to use and customize. But before using that I recommend you to check if you have other views for your custom form or the one you're using is the only view that you have.
