Adding workspace in global search context menu

I am trying to add a workspace (Source-to-Pay) context menu to the global search in our instance. I have followed this documentation - Add a workspace application to the Unified Navigation search context menu,  but to no avail. I have created search application configurations, the ux_page_property records. Am I missing anything?
